Recognising that certain groups in the society face more barriers than most in setting up businesses and need extra support in the early stages, EBSP became a part of the "Potentia Programme". As part of this Programme, we designed & delivered training and consultancy programmes in partnership with the Welsh Assembly Government and the European Union. Over the past eight years we have worked with mainstream organisation to enhance their knowledge, understanding and improve their employee confidence to engage with the members of different communities. EBSP offered advice, support and specialist consultancy to SMEs in various sectors. This helped them to be proactive in developing strong client relationships. EBSP ensured that its clients are aware of any business support initiatives that may be of interest and receive services in line with the needs of their businesses. |
